BIIG HANDS PTE LTD was founded because the Singapore B2B handyman market was — and largely still is — fragmented, opaque, and unreliable. Business owners were tired of no-show technicians, inflated invoices, and the impossible task of finding the same reliable person twice.
We built BIIG HANDS to be different. Not "different" as a marketing claim — different in how the business actually works:
We are a Singapore-born, Singapore-focused B2B service business. We understand MOM regulations, ACRA requirements, BCA compliance, and IRAS obligations because we operate under them too. We don't outsource our compliance — we own it.
We made a deliberate choice to serve businesses, not households. B2B clients have different needs: they require GST-compliant invoicing, photographic documentation for property managers, scheduling around tenant disruption, and a single point of accountability. Optimising for B2B means we don't have to compromise to also serve walk-in residential work — and our clients get the focused product they deserve.
Every technician operates to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards. Risk assessments are documented for non-trivial scopes. We work to your building management's permit-to-work requirements without complaint. Safety isn't a slogan; it's how we keep our crews and your tenants out of an incident report.
Prices are published. Quote-to-invoice variance is < 5% on standard jobs. Photos document every job. The technician's certifications are shared with you before they arrive. If we are wrong about something, we publish the correction.
