Real B2B clients. Real outcomes.

We don't use stock testimonials. These are real jobs from real Singapore businesses — shared with their permission, with identifying details anonymised at client request.

F&B · Tanjong Pagar

The leak three contractors missed.

The problem. A popular lunch cafe in Tanjong Pagar had a persistent leak from the toilet that three previous contractors had "fixed" — each time charging for the visit, each time the leak returning within two weeks. The client was losing faith in the market.

What BIIG HANDS did. Our technician attended, photographed the leak, and identified that the source was a concealed pipe joint — not the surface fitting that previous contractors had been replacing. We advised the client that this required a Licensed Plumber for the concealed works and connected them with our accredited partner. We managed coordination and attended the rectification.

The outcome. Leak resolved in one visit. Client signed a 12-month retainer contract. They now have a standing quarterly plumbing inspection on the books.

Co-working · One-North

32 defects. One weekend. One PDF on Monday.

The problem. A co-working operator at One-North inherited 32 minor defects from a contractor handover. Doors not closing flush, partition trims off, paint touch-ups, two faulty downlights, a sticking AC vent — the kind of list that quietly poisons a tenant launch.

What BIIG HANDS did. We staged a Saturday/Sunday crew. Walked the floor with the operator before starting. Documented every fix with before/after photos. Re-flagged two items as out-of-scope (one required a licensed electrician). Delivered a single PDF condition report by Monday 9am, in time for the tenant Monday meeting.

The outcome. Zero weekday disruption. Tenant launch went ahead on time. The operator has since rolled BIIG HANDS into their standard handover SOP.

BIIG HANDS — bigger on trust.
