Can you work evenings or weekends?+

Yes. Evening slots (7pm–10pm) and weekend bookings are available at a surcharge of 25% and 50% respectively. We tell you the rate when you book — it's published on our pricing page. No surprises.

Do you serve residential clients?+

No. BIIG HANDS is a B2B-only service. This is not a limitation — it's a specialisation. We're optimised for commercial clients and we are not the right fit for home repairs.

What if my job needs a Licensed Electrician or Plumber?+

We will tell you. BIIG HANDS technicians are qualified for minor works. If your job requires a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) or Licensed Plumber under Singapore regulations, we will inform you upfront and, if you wish, connect you with an accredited partner. We do not attempt regulated works without the correct licence.

Are your technicians insured?+

Yes. BIIG HANDS carries S$2,000,000 public liability insurance per occurrence. All technicians are covered under our policy while on assignment.

How quickly can you respond?+

Standard quote turnaround is under 2 working hours during business days. Same-day attendance is available with an emergency surcharge (base + 30%) subject to technician availability. Retainer clients get prioritised response per their plan tier.

Do you handle materials procurement?+

Yes. Materials and parts are billed at cost + 15% with receipts attached to the invoice. You can also supply your own materials at no markup — we just need them on-site at the appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?+

PayNow corporate, FAST transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), or Stripe-issued invoice. Net 7 default for retainer clients; net 14 on application for enterprise accounts.

What's the warranty?+

24 months on workmanship from the date of job completion. We rectify covered issues at our cost — no labour, no call-out fee. Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty separately.

Are your technicians employees or subcontractors?+

Both. We employ our core technicians directly; we maintain a vetted bench of contracted specialists for trade-specific work (e.g. aircon, licensed plumbing). Every technician — employee or contracted — passes the same vetting, training, and rating standard.

Can I see the technician's certifications before booking?+

Yes. The confirmation email lists the assigned technician's name, photo, relevant certifications, and current BIIG HANDS rating. If you'd like to swap, message us before the appointment.
